Mediterranean boat life

Everyone wants to spend time in the Mediterranean on a yacht.

Jacob and I, we saved our pennies for a while and though our boat was no yacht, it felt like one to us.

We hired a little, but fast boat for the day in Lipari. We woke early at 7am and were out on the waters by 9am. Discovering great cliffs, breath taking views and brilliant blue waters to dive into, there was really no equivalent. When we hired the boat we had the option to explore two different sets of islands. Lipari and Salina or Lipari and Vulcano. We chose Lipari and Salina as Salina is a larger island and had more to explore around her.

We enjoyed three hours of cruising around before we unpacked our lunch and made sandwiches (note to self bring dessert & don’t forget the drinks at home haha). We returned the boat at roughly 5pm. When you hire on the island, normally you have the boat from 9am to 6pm so I feel we had definitely made good use of our time. All in all an amazing day spent out on the water. Sunning, diving and speeding through the waters.

There is no shortage of grand yachts out here. You constantly see massive boats pulling up restocking food supplies and continuing on to way anchor for a couple of days in the middle of the glistening waters.Processed with VSCO with lv03 presetProcessed with VSCO with a10 presetProcessed with VSCO with a6 preset

An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
