Ostuni, famous for its whitewashed houses and walls, and it’s old quarter, or as Jacob liked to call it “The White City of Minas Tirith” (lovers of LOTR, like Jacob and I, will understand this). The city is a series of levels, staircases, alleys and archways; a perfect place for a day trip. In fact, I felt I would have enjoyed spending a week.
It has gorgeous walkways throughout the city and never do you cross the same path, always discovering something new. Countless little restaurants and bars to choose from and a lovely old cathedral atop the hill. We spent hours not following a map, but just walking our own way with the intention of finding hidden treasures.

Once walking had us spent we chose from the many places to sit and had some food over looking the amazing view the old city on the hill has to offer.
I seriously envy anyone who can eat pizza and maintain their figure in a little white dress. My stomach would be bloated within an hour!
